• Courses will run subject to demand. The West Clare School of English reserves the right to cancel courses at any time up to Monday, 25 May 2009. However, The West Clare School of English reserves the right to cancel a course at any time, even after this date, as a result of exceptional circumstances. If a course is cancelled by The West Clare School of English at any time, any paid deposits or fees for this course will be refunded to students.
• The West Clare School of English will endeavour to respond to you within five working days from the date of your application. If your application is successful, we will send you via email a request for payment of your course deposit of €150. This deposit can be paid by clicking on the "payments" page. Once this deposit is received by The West Clare School of English, we will send you confirmation of your provisional place on your course and an invoice for the balance of your course fees of €800.
• Your place on your selected course will be secured on payment of the balance of €800. This balance must be paid by 6 June 2009 for courses starting on 6 July 2009. This balance must be paid by 27 June 2009 for courses starting on 27 July 2009. Once the balance of €800 has been received by The West Clare School of English, we will send you confirmation of your place on the course.
